Initiative to digitalize and standardize the organization’s operational procedures, which historically lived in scattered documentation and the tacit knowledge of veteran operators.
The platform separated two user profiles: the manager, who defines procedures through a visual composition interface; and the operator, who executes them on a guided view. The system turned tacit knowledge into a maintainable, versionable, and auditable asset.
